Porto Colom’s port is popular among yachtsmen, local inhabitants and visitors arriving by car. In the older parts of Porto Colom the boathouses have doors in different colours. There are also many genuine restaurants and bars in those parts. The sandy beach on the other side of the bay in Sa Punta, by the light house, has a beach bar open all the year round.
About seven minutes away the larger village of Felanitx offers a popular open market on Sundays and bodegas where wine is produced. Also Cala d’Or with its nice marina and many beaches is close like the Golf Course Vall d’Or.
