As a Real Estate Broker, we get in touch with your personal information, usually in a role to deliver our services.
In order to make sure that we comply with the rules and expectations that exist on us, we are working actively with this. In case you visit our website, register our newsletter, search for a job or work with us, we treat you as a personal data controller.


What kind of personal data do we treat?
We only treat with the information we receive from our customers, or the information you provide, for the purpose of delivering our services.
We only process your data as long as it is required to meet our customers' purposes or as long as we are required by law to do so.


How do we store your personal information?
Your information is only processed by interested parties within Majorcahouses, as well as by our designated subcontractors.
Our subcontractors ensure to comply the same obligations we have, by signing agreements with them, and at times, verifying with what we say.
Data forwarded to others is used only to provide the services we develop for our customers.
We never forward, sell or exchange your personal data for marketing purposes.
The information we process about you is stored within the European Union. All processing of your personal data is in accordance with applicable legislation.
We have taken technical and organizational measures to protect your data from loss, manipulation and unauthorized access. We are continuously adjusting our security measures in accordance with the progress and developments in the technical field.


What are your rights?
You are entitled to, at any time (once a year at no cost), information about the personal data we treat about you in the role of personal data controller.
If your information is incorrect, incomplete or irrelevant, you may want to have them corrected or deleted. We cannot delete your data in case there is a statutory storage requirement, such as accounting rules, or when there are other legitimate reasons why the data must be saved.
In cases where of a personal data counsel, we refer to the personally responsible person. If you are unsure who is personally responsible for you, we will of course help you with this.


In order to assist you with your rights, you need to contact us in writing.
In order to find your personal information, and to send them to you, we need your name, personal identification number, address, telephone number and e-mail address.
Also specify which email address you want the information sent to, and what password you want the compressed file to have.
In order to ensure that you only have access to these data, it is important that you send in addition to your signature a copy of an approved identification document in your request.

Following this release, we will save this request for 12 months.
