Description

The neighbourhood is located in a beautiful mountainous area. It offers fantastic views of the sea, the mountains and Palma with its pleasant marina and port. The area is luxurious and has many modern villas.

The club house at Son Vida Golf is old and well established and has a restaurant. This is where you will find the popular hotel Arabella Sheraton. On the hill above the famous Castillo Hotel Son Vida is located. The luxury establishment opened its doors as a hotel back in 1961. Three years later the Son Vida golf course opened. Many, many celebrity guests have visited the hotel since then. The hotel was redecorated in 2005, but its old charm still remains.

Establiments is a residential village situated on the north of Palma, in big demand and very well-looked upon. It was once an independent municipality but in 1910 it was made part of the capital city. Its convenience, comfort, proximity to Capital and its tranquillity make the area so special. The majority of the buildings in this zone are one-family homes and for this reason it's a quiet and tranquil residential . Still has all the services that the residents could demand, such as shops, school, banks, post office and restaurants. Establiments has its boundaries with Esporles and Puigpunyent. Golf courses in the vicinity include Club de Golf Son Vida and Son Gual.

Esporles is a mountain village set in the UNESCO World Heritage Serra de Tramuntana, the backbone of Mallorca, in the west of Mallorca. This charming village retains much of its originality, with typical stone faced houses, winding streets, but also enjoys excellent access to the motorway and major amenities. Esporles is well serviced by local shops and a market held every Saturday with a large variety of local products on offer.
The village is a very popular choice for the international full-time residents taking advantage of its glorious setting and easy access to Palma. The village is closely associated with Banyalbufar and Valdemossa. It is well known for its agriculture and extensive oak forests. The most well-known attraction around Esporles is the historic mansion and museum of La Granja which is open to visitors and dates back to Roman times when it was valued for its natural spring waters. There is a large gothic church in Esporles and a stream which runs through the village with various small bridges. Esporles is a good place to enjoy nature walks.
There are many places to eat in Esporles plus a wide variety of highly regarded country restaurants within easy distance. A long established local restaurant known for serving the best suckling pig on the island is La Villa. Esporles is A lively international community mixed with Mallorcan locals. Esporles is well serviced by local shops and a market held every Saturday with a large variety of local products on offer.
There are good local schools and close to the only university in the Balearics and the Silicone Valley of Mallorca known as Parc Bit where Microsoft has an innovation centre.
