From Palma, along the sea, you can walk or take the bicycle until Arenal, the popular tourist village with its long, beautiful sandy beach and pretty shops. With the car, further along the sea the coastline scenery changes to high cliffs and a fantastic view over the bay of Palma.

The inhabitants of Son Veri Nou, Cala Blava and Maioris all have a wonderful view, and the modern homes are next to shopping centres and the golf course. In Cala Blava you can swim from the cliffs and small bays following each other. Further along the coast, direction east, is the picturesque Cala Pi, which is famous for one of the most beautiful sandy beaches of Mallorca, with white sand and crystal clear waters. It is also popular for the little bars and restaurants.

Mainly natives live in the easterly fisherman’s village of S’Estanyol. It has a lovely harbour with several restaurants. On a clear day you can see the island group of Cabrera. You can find green fields with many enchanting fincas, and up on the mountain of Randa is the famous cloister, where pilgrimages take place every year. Here is a famous restaurant with overnight possibilities. Every Wednesday, Friday and Sunday is the popular market on the Plaza España in Llucmajor. Clothes, shoes, antiques, fruits, vegetables and many more are sold here. In Cala Pi there is also a vegetable and fruit market every Saturday and in S’Estanyol it is every Tuesday. Signalised bicycle connections bring you on 8 different tours over a distance of 400 km. As you cycle through the landscape in early spring, you can enjoy the blooming almond trees.
